Strange Brigade Runs At 1800p On Xbox One X, 1440p On PS4 PRO

The Xbox One X just keeps running laps around the PS4 Pro.

Third Person action/adventure title from Rebellion, Strange Brigade launches in just under a couple of months, bringing a brand new co-op shooter experience to consoles and PC much like the long slumbering Left 4 Dead series. Wccftech was able to catch up with Lead Designer Steve Bristow at E3 and ask about the game, which led into talking with one of the programmers.

Word hit today that the developers have pretty solid targets for the enhanced edition systems from Sony and Microsoft, and to nobody’s surprise, they’ve been able to push the Xbox One X just that little bit further. PS4 Pro owners can expect 1440p, improved draw distance and screen space reflections over the base model, while Xbox One X gamers can look forward to all that, better texture filtering and 1800p rendering.

PC users of course, can expect a resolution as high as their PC will take it. Framerates beyond 60FPS on the platform remains to be seen. Are you interested in the game? Let us know in the comments below.
