Styx: Blades of Greed is finally here for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, and the new release trailer is narrated by none other than the goblin assassin himself. He tells you that you’ve got a few trailers to catch up on in case you’re unfamiliar with who he is. Presumptuous or not, it’s a great way to learn why he’s so intent on sneaking and stabbing his way to all the Quartz he can find.

The trailer also showcases several of his new abilities alongside returning ones from his past adventures. You can use Quartz to gain a multitude of advantages over your foes while your stealth abilities get quite the upgrade courtesy of a newly added glider and grappling hook.

We enjoyed sneaking about in the game’s sandbox levels in our review, and the story does have interesting twists to ensure that you’re locked in from when it picks up after the cliffhanger that Master of Shadows ended nine years ago.

If you’re looking for a stealth experience that’s both dark and funny at the same time, look no further than the foul-mouthed goblin who’s making a triumphant return to the spotlight before he beckons you over to the shadows.
