Styx: Shards of Darkness Shows Off Co-Op In New Trailer

Twice the opportunity, twice the risk.

Styx: Shards of Darkness, the sequel to the 2014 cult hit stealth game Styx: Master of Shadows, is due out later this month – on March 14 – and Focus Home Interactive have decided to release a brand new trailer for it, showcasing the game’s co-op gameplay.

Co-op is seamless and drop-in/drop-out. You can invite a friend at any time while playing, and they can help you complete whatever mission you are currently on. Every mission and level in the game will support co-op gameplay. The game doesn’t scale up with co-op, which means it is easier to complete the mission- but at the same time, given that there are now two players skulking around on the battlefield, there are twice the chances to get caught, too.

Styx: Shards of Darkness is due out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 14. You can check out the new trailer for it below, and make sure to let us know what you think in the comments section.
