Sunset Overdrive Confirmed for 2014

Insomniac's Xbox One exclusive game hitting next year.

Sunset Overdrive, the open world platforming/shooter hybrid from Insomniac Games, the makers of Spyro the Dragon, Ratchet and Clank, and Resistance, will be hitting the Xbox One some time in 2014, Eurogamer reports.

Sunset Overdrive was listed as a 2014 game, alongside Project Spark and Titanfall, both of which are confirmed to be 2014 games (which means this information is probably pretty genuine).

Not much is known about the title that was announced back at E3 2013, during Microsoft’s press conference. We know that it will be an Xbox One exclusive, and like we mentioned above, we know it’s an open world shooter. But that’s really all we have right now.

More of this title will undoubtedly be revealed as we move into 2014 and closer to its release date. We’ll have more for you as and when we learn more about it, so stay tuned. Meanwhile, watch the announcement trailer for the game from E3 2013, and let us know what you think in the comments.
