Super Meat Boy sells 1 million units

Team Meat, the developers of the super hit indie game, Super Meat Boy have announced on Twitter that the game hit 1 million units sold milestone last month.

“Fun Fact: Super Meat Boy past the million sales mark last month! PLATINUM BABY,” said the tweet.

Now, I love the game and am happy for their success! It’s truly one of the most challenging platformers I have played this generation. Well deserved.

The game was released on Xbox Live after Team Meat patched up with Microsoft, and this could have benefited them immensely.
