Is it an extraction shooter? Is It a Battle Royale? No, it’s a Tactical All Out Warfare FPS.
We’re talking about WARDOGS, a shooter that simulates the chaos of a battlefield quite well in the new gameplay trailer it just dropped at Future Games Showcase. We get a glimpse of life in the Control Zone, a 2×2 km chunk of a large map in which you’re going to be duking it out with up to 100 other players, vying for control (and cash) by eliminating as many members of the opposing teams as you can. To do that, you’re going to have to coordinate your attacks with deadly weapons and vehicles while shoring up your defences by constructing them. You could always choose to tear through your enemy’s defenses if that’s more your style, though.
Whatever you choose, know that you’re going to have to earn your pay in this one, as your opponents are surely plotting your abrupt demise even as you plot theirs. It’s the perfect formula for some intense battles, with unpredictability lying at the heart of every match you dive into.
