The spin-off company will be in charge of all of the gaming IPs owned by Embracer Group, like Tomb Raider and The Lord of the Rings.
Wingefors' CEO duties will be taken on by Phil Rogers from August 1. Wingefors will be appointed chair of the board in September.
As part of the move, Coffee Stain Group will keep quite a few IPs with it, including Deep Rock Galactic, Goat Simulator, and Valheim.
