A prominent leaker has said that though the rumoured Final Fantasy 9 Remake is indeed in the works, the alleged remake of its successor isn't real.
Reports have previously claimed that a remake of the beloved PS1 RPG is currently in development at Square Enix.
"I heard very recently, once again, Final Fantasy 9 Remake is real. That is real and happening," reported Giant Bomb's Jeff Grubb.
