Capcom's pseudo-remake/remaster of the 2006 action-adventure is available now for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
"At this moment, we are unaware of the specific patents we are accused of infringing upon, and we have not been notified of such details," the Japanese studio says.
The museum management title retails for $29.99, with the Explorer Edition costing $39.99 and including 5 days of advanced access.
The trailer also reaffirms that Bloober Team's remake is a console exclusive for PlayStation 5 until October 8th, 2025.
The remaining fighters include Broly, Cooler, Super Garlic Jr., and Janemba alongside Super characters like Cabba and Toppo.
The title launched on August 30th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC to a middling reception, causing Ubisoft's stock prices to drop.
