Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon offers plenty of opportunity to gather loot and gold in its vast open world. However, due to the nature of certain quests, you may want to hold on to many of the items you pick up, with the exception of the Other tab in your inventory or stash. This leaves you with a few choices to earn money using the game’s crafting and trading systems.

This guide is all about farming money quickly and efficiently in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

Cooking Recipes

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon has a deep crafting system, including one dedicated to cooking food from various recipes that you unlock or discover. These cooked dishes can then be sold for money to any vendor, netting a large profit even if you have to buy the ingredients.

Begin by maxing out your Practicality base stat attribute as much as possible, making use of an Origin Potion to first reset your skill and stat points, if necessary.

Next, The Crafting & Trading skill tree under the Practicality tab has a number of skills which can allow you to cook many more dishes from the limited number of ingredients that you have, and sell them for a higher price as well.

  • Mercantile Skills: Selling items is 50% more profitable.
  • Side Dish Mastery: You have a 30% chance to create an additional dish, when crafting Food.
  • Reusable Resources: You have a 50% chance to recycle a single resource while crafting.

Now go to a Cooking Pot and begin crafting any recipes you can with the ingredients that you have on hand. Once your ingredients are finally exhausted you can sell all your dishes to the nearest vendor for a tidy profit, allowing you to invest in even more ingredients, so that you can repeat the cycle to your heart’s content.

In order to reset the vendor’s inventory, go outside and rest at a Bonfire for a complete 24-hour cycle. When you wake up, simply step right back inside to buy up the vendor’s entire consumable inventory, and continue on with your cooking and money grinding.

That is one of the best ways to farm money in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.
