Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition Announced At Last

Remaster of beloved game launches this Winter.

Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition

Tales of Vesperia is often considered to be the best game in the long running and beloved JRPG series. it is also a game that has been made scarce- it never got a digital release, its PS3 version was never brought over to the west, and the game has not even been made backward compatible on the Xbox One.

That all changes now- Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, a remaster of the beloved game, was announced for the Xbox One during Microsoft’s E3 press show. It wasn’t announced as an exclusive, which means it is probably coming to PC and PS4 at least (a Switch version makes the most sense, but given how bad Bandai Namco has been at supporting that system so far, I wouldn’t count on it until it is confirmed).

I guess now, at long last, we all get to play the peak of the Tales franchise- it was all downhill from here on out, the series has never been as good. It’s going to be out this Winter.
