TGS 2011: Nintendo announces pink 3DS

Posted By | On 13th, Sep. 2011

For the ladies.

At their TGS press conference, Nintendo admitted that their newest handheld, the 3DS, attracts a lot of males, and little females. To change that, Nintendo has announced a new colour for the system- it’s pink.

It releases in Japan on October 20 this year, but no release date for western audiences was given.

That makes it four colours for the 3DS- Cosmo Black, Aqua Blie, the recent announced Flame Red, and now pink.

A lot of other info on the 3DS and its upcoming releases was given earlier today. Monster Hunter 4, for example, is a 3DS exclusive, and Nintendo also gave info on the second analog pad add-on. They also gave screens, details, release dates and videos for other games. Keep up to date with all the news on the 3DS through this link.
