The good folks behind the Saints Row series sure know how to craft an open world. Their games often put fun before all else, and Agents of Mayhem looks to do just this. You can take control of multiple different agents, each letting you explore the futuristic dystopia in a new, entertaining way. The cartoonish style and heavy use of neon set it apart from other open world games and give it a great sense of style.
