The Building Tools In The Sims 4 Look Remarkably Robust

Do you wanna build... a house?

Posted By | On 28th, May. 2014

Building and constructing the ideal house has always been one of the best parts of The Sims- it’s always a pleasure to see the four walled shack you started out with grow and evolve into a sprawling palace as time goes by, and it should be no different for The Sims 4, Maxis’s upcoming game that launches later this year.

The above trailer shows us how robust and remarkably powerful the building tools in The Sims 4 really are- to put it concisely in a word, very. They seem to really enable the player’s imagination, and it will be fun to mess with them once the game goes live later this year.

The Sims 4 is Maxis’ first release since their botched launch of SimCity last year. It is also the first Sims game in over five years, so there is a lot riding on this one. Hopefully Maxis can pull it off.
