The first chapter of the new King’s Quest game, which was announced alongside the resurrection of the Sierra label at The Game Awards last year, will be launching next month. Titled ‘A Knight to Remember,’ it will launch as a digital download on July 29 on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. PC users, meanwhile, get to go hands on with the game early, on July 28.

That’s not all either, as Sierra today announced that a bundle (basically, think Season Pass for any other episodic series) of all five chapters, including a future bonus playable story epilogue, of the new King’s Quest – named King’s Quest: The Complete Collection – is now available to pre-order on the PlayStation Network and Steam. Pre-orders come to Xbox One next month.

The new King’s Quest game is the resurrection of a classic and beloved franchise, and has a lot riding on it; stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
