Ackerman may be the best President I have ever seen in video games, he has some sort of charming wit to him that you just can’t ignore. Ackerman who is played by J.K Simmons delivers this humorous speech about immigration and it’s quite an inspirational and funny one. I dare you to find any world leader with charisma similar to Ackerman.
