Peter Moore’s New Tattoo at E3 2006
Microsoft’s Peter Moore was given the opportunity to announce Grand Theft Auto IV and it was sort of weird to say the least, because the man’s presentation skills are a lot to be desired. This was not the first time he had a weird presentation. [Back in 2004 E3 press conference when he announced Halo 2 at the by way of a bicep tattoo.] At E3 2006 went the same way and revealed a Grand Theft Auto IV logo which left audiences quite shocked and amazed.
