Tony Stark the wizard of weapons of mass destruction ad no sense of responsibility  was always fool hardy and a narcissist . This all changed when he was captured by terrorists. After escaping (I think everyone knows the story) Stark had realized the kind of person he really was and engaged in a life of heroism to make up for his past mistakes. Over the past decades Stark perfected the Iron Man, to make it combat some of the more tougher opponents like the Hulk.
