Venom 
Venom is a nice guy and has teamed up with a lot of superheroes over the years. However if you account for the damage he has done and the death that he has caused, that would technically make him a bad guy. Eddie Brock however had a case of bad luck after another and as such had no choice but to bond with the Symbiote, and make him more than a match for Spider-Man. Fun fact One of the first concepts for Venom was to make him a female.
