Carnage 
Carnage is probably one of the most deadly villains in the Marvel universe, mostly because the symbiotes who is known to be a very dangerous entity, decided to bond with the already sadistic murder Cletus Kassady. Carnage has killed dozens if not hundreds of innocent civilians over the years and decades. However more recently, when Carnage was causing even more chaos than usual, the Sentry intervened and flew Carnage outside of the Earth’s atmosphere, where he ripped him apart. Kasady was presumably killed and has not been heard of or seen since.
