Grand Theft Auto 4- Rotterdam Tower
The Rotterdam Tower is based on the Empire State Building, and as such is quite an imposing building. The Rotterdam Tower stands tall from lobby to antenna at about 102 stories high, which is about 1472 feet (448.7 meters). I was quite upset at the fact that in GTA 5 you cannot climb to the top of the building anytime you want, which seemed like an awful waste of space.
