The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild New Screenshot Shows Link Battling A Guardian

Nintendo are continuing to make good on their promise to share one brand new screenshot of their upcoming, eagerly anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild every week, until the game finally launches. This week’s screenshot, which was shared on Nintendo’s social media channels yesterday, shows Link in battle with a Guardian, those fearsome creatures that seem to be among the most powerful enemies in this game.

This screenshot is notably one of the first and only pieces of official media for the game that shows Link in an indoor setting- most of the game’s promotion so far has focused on showcasing the vast vision of Hyrule come to life that this game realizes.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is set to launch exclusively on the Nintendo Switch, and on the Wii U. The game was originally believed to be a Switch launch title, though Nintendo never explicitly confirmed that, and more recent rumors peg it for a Summer launch.
