zelda- breath of the wild

Nintendo have shared that from now until the game finally releases (in… June?), The Legend of Zelda: Brath of the Wild, their eagerly anticipated open world adventure game for the Nintendo Switch and Wii U, will be getting a constant flow of screenshots. These screenshots should help Nintendo maintain a certain level of hype and awareness around the game, while players in turn get to learn more about what kind of game and Hyrule awaits them.

Of course, Nintendo have not specified the frequency with which the screenshots will be shared- will it be daily? Weekly? Intermittently and infrequently? As of right now, we don’t know, though we can assume it will be far more frequently than it was before, or Nintendo wouldn’t be making a big deal about it.

You can check out the first of these new screenshots for yourself above- as always, the game’s art style seems to shine. As long as the frame rate in the final game holds up, I think we are in for a treat here. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is slated to launch on Wii U and Switch some time in 2017.
