Oh come on, you know who House Bolton are! If you’ve paid any attention to the TV show (and especially if you have read the books), you have no reason to not know, especially given how detestable figures the Boltons draw as vile villains. Lord Bolton? Who was behind the betrayal of Robb Stark that led to the Red Wedding? Or surely you know of his bastard son, Ramsey ‘Snow’ Bolton, who literally castrated Theon Greyjoy, and reduced him to a whimpering, submissive pet?
Well, the newest tease for Telltale Games’ Game of Thrones game, which we are still told will be debuting some time this year, seems to hint at the inclusion of the Boltons (or House Bolton anyway) in the final game. This is excting news because it gives us our first indication that the story will have something to do with the main narrative with which we are all familiar, and which has catapulted Game of Thrones to such a successful status to begin with, instead of just being a side spin off story kind of thing like so many people had begun to fear.
Game of Thrones launches some time later this year. Or well, the first episode in a presumed season of five such episodes does anyway.
