Earlier this year, THQ Nordic and developer KITE Games announced The Valiantan upcoming squad-based real-time strategy title set in 13th century Europe and the Middle East, and at the recent THQ Nordic Showcase, we got another good look at the game, with a gameplay trailer showing off the title’s combat and detailing some other features.

In addition to a story-driven single player campaign, The Valiant will also feature a co-op mode that’ll allow players to band together and take on increasingly powerful waves of enemies. An online multiplayer mode will also allow players to take each other on in competitive games. Both modes, as well as the campaign, are shown off in the trailer, offer a healthy look at the game. Check it out below.

The Valiant is in development for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and Xbox One. It doesn’t currently have a release date. Check out another trailer focused on the game’s companion characters through here.
