The Walking Dead Suffers From A Save Transfer Bug on PS4

*sigh*

The Walking Dead Season Two (3)

Glitches and bugs are becoming more and more synonymous with all things PS4 these days. Multiplats, of course, are bugged and glitched across platforms, but the PS4 itself has been suffering from these- the PSN, the new PS4 update, the PS4 OS, and DriveClub being just some examples. And now, let’s throw in another one on the list, as it appears that the PS4 version of Telltale’s The Walking Dead suffers from a rather serious bug on Sony’s newest console- a bug that prevents players from transferring their progress from season one over to season two.

Considering that transferring progress is at the very least one of the most important features of the series (it is one of the things the games were built around), that’s pretty bad. It’s equally bad that all digital and physical copies of the game have been affected by this, apparently.

“My apologies,” said a Telltale representative, on the official forum. “We are currently looking into the root cause of the issue, and hope to have a resolution soon.”

Alright, we’ll hang on tight. In the meanwhile, be aware that this bug exists, and might ruin the game for you.
