The Wonderful 101

It was all the way back in 2013 that The Wonderful 101 released for the Wii U. The game was published by Nintendo and developed by PlatinumGames. It also was a huge flop, one of the biggest in Nintendo history. But heroes never truly die, as the game was revived for a remaster via crowdfunding, a KickStarter project that has been massively successful. Now, we get the first look at gameplay.

Via Gamespot, we got a look at a 15 minute demo from the currently running PAX East. Those who played the game will find this early section of the game very familiar, and if you haven’t played it, the frantic pace is something to behold. You can check it out below.

The Wonderful 101: Remastered will release May 19th for PlayStation 4, Switch and PC. If successful, it could prompt a full sequel to the title, so unite up, fans, and make it happen.
