The Wonderful 101

PlatinumGames came out with a Kickstarter for a remaster of one of their biggest commercial flops, The Wonderful 101. That original game’s failure actually motivated the crowd-funding project, which has been wildly successful so far, blasting past its initial goals and adding several more since launching. Now, we’ll soon get our first look of the game in a playable state, at this year’s PAX East with a new demo.

As announced via the above mentioned Kickstarter campaign, we will get a playable demo of The Wonderful 101: Remastered at the show. Along with the demo will be a panel called “101 things you didn’t know about PlatinumGames.” It’s not clear what that panel will cover, but it should be a fun time.

The Wonderful 101: Remastered will launch in April for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC. PAX East 2020 will run from February 27th to March 1st, with the PlatinumGames-themed panel being on the 29th. The Kickstarter for the title is also still ongoing.
