There are a number of cheats for you to use in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, where they are now referred to as ‘Assist Mods’. Most are available for use by default, with a few others unlocked with bucks in the Secret Shop.

Assist Mods
This menu is buried under Options. Note that these Assist Mods are disabled in specific modes and challenges, and any scores will not be registered on the leaderboards, for obvious reasons. Progression for trophies and achievements will also be stymied.
Perfect Rail Balance
Grinding rails will have you balancing perfectly every time.
Perfect Manual Balance
Your balance will always be perfect during manuals.
Perfect Lip Balance
Lip tricks will never fail as you balance perfectly.
Perfect Skitch Balance
Skitching will not require any effort to balance on your part.
Always Special
The Special meter bar will always be full and never deplete.
No Bails
You simply cannot mess up a trick or combo.
Instant Quick Recovery
If bailing is active, you will simply recover from failures much quicker.
Game Speed
Gameplay speed control with four additional modes: Half, 1.5X, Double, or Triple.
Timer Length
Determine the length of career mode sessions, ranging from 5 minutes, to 10, and finally a full hour.
Double Base Score
Simply doubles the base score of any trick to lessen the difficulty of challenges.
Stats
Adjust stats to modify the gameplay experience, either expert or super.
This mod is locked behind completion of every goal on every stage in the game. That will unlock the option to buy the mod for $5,000 in the Secret Shop.
Visual FX Mods
These cosmetic FX mods are graphical only and have no real bearing on gameplay.
Skater Size
Choose between different skater character model sizes just for your amusement.
This mod is locked behind completion of every goal on every stage in the game. That will unlock the option to buy the mod for $10,000 in the Secret Shop.
Skater Trail
Choose between different skate trails for a nice visual touch.
These mods are locked behind the collection of Iron Galaxy tokens and goal completion. That will unlock the option to buy the mods for $2,000 in the Secret Shop.
