The Raincoat Killer – Deadly Premonition

For all the good that Deadly Premonition does in terms of a unique cast of characters and story, the lead antagonist is fairly by the book. The reason then that the Raincoat killer makes an appearance in this list is exactly because of this. He typifies absolutely every staple of “the mysterious serial murderer,” from the cloak and hood, all the way to the axe and glaring eyes. In a way, his scariest feature is the fact that he doesn't seem to have much of a face at all. It all adds to the mystery. That and he has an eerily arrogant little chuckle he whips out every time you try and fight him; the bastard.
