There have been tons of games released so far, when games first descended on us. In this feature article we pick up the Top Ten greatest Video games ever made. For the first part of our article we will list out Number 10 to Number 6. So folks check the games below:

Please do note that its impossible to list each and every game. There will be many games that you may or may not agreee with us in this list. So please sit back and enjoy. And yeah, dont forget to list your games in the comments section below.

10. Super Mario World

Taking the  Number 10 spot is Super Mario World. This game was one of the best on the SNES  and it sold millions of copies and thats why it gets a warm spot at number 10. Besides the fact that it was a awesome game, it was also ground breaking for the time. And I am one of the many that have beaten this game.

9. Resident Evil 4

Sitting at our number 9 spot is Resident Evil 4. Its easily one of the best survival horror games ever to hit the Game Cube and PS2. The over the top shoulder view was awesome. Featuring awesome gunplay and puzzle mechanics, the game has also been ported to the PC and wii.

8. Half- Life 2

Sitting with a orange jump suit at number 8 is Half- Life 2. One of the best PC games ever made, it has been ported many times to a number of systems like the  Xbox, Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. But no matter how many times it has been made it looks and feels the best on the PC. There will always be a place in our heart for this game.

7. GoldenEye 007

Running  with a golden gun at number 7 is 007 GoldenEye. Yes the marvel the hit the N64 back in the hay days. With it’s split screen multiplayer and it’s awesome gun and kills, the game was a treat. Will we ever see remake of this classic?

6. Halo

Kicking some alien at number 6 is Halo. This first person shooter was one of the few first great games that hit the original Xbox. The online was legendary and the the way everyone reacted to how sweet the game was exactly what Microsoft needed to move their new console in 2001: The Xbox.

Stay tuned for the second half of the top 10 best games of all time tomorrow!
