Batman's cowl
Super heroes tend to look a little stupid, with their lavish colours and themed headwear. Batman on the other hand, with his jet black cowl, is pure kick ass. Not only does it look good, but it's highly useful as well. Anyone who has played the awesome Arkham Asylum will know well the advantages of the cowl's detective mode. They can run, but they can't hide.
