Cicero (Skyrim)
I wasn’t particularly fond of Cicero as he was mostly the most annoying character in Skyrim I have ever met. Cicero was part of the Assassin Fraternity in Skyrim and went all crazy a few missions later. Now this guy looks a lot like Cicero, and captured his weirdness and creepiness at the same time, and that is a compliment as few cosplayers pose but do not really captures the essence of the character.
