I’m not entirely sure, but I’m pretty sure dreams is kind of like a toolkit that allows players to essentially create films or scenes and send them out into the world for other gamers to enjoy.  It’s pretty exciting because it essentially means you could make interactive dreams or games that other players could interact with. For those who like their theatre with a bit more imagination.
