Thrill Kill is quite sick and twisted. When the characters kicks an enemy in the head, the head flies and blood splatters everywhere, and the character starts dancing away.The character would have been electrocuted to give them superhuman strength enabling a Thrill Kill move to brutally massacre an enemy.
