Originally released as a “sister” series to the uber-popular Dynasty Warriors, it would be fair to say that many even consider Samurai Warriors to be a better game than the series that technically spawned it. Though it features the same brand of large scale over-the-top action as Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors mixed things up and made them even more interesting with its added RPG elements. The game wasn’t without its flaws, but it was still an extremely enjoyable experience, all said and done.
