Do you want to play a video game with cutscenes created by the legendary Studio Ghibli? This is that game then. A JRPG created by Level 5 and Bandai-Namco, this JRPG has the unique distinction of not having a convoluted, over the top story. It’s equally heartwarming and heartbreaking, staring a child whose mother died trying to save him. The child’s toy then comes to life and tells him of another dimension where everyone on Earth has a soul, and embark on a journey to save his mother’s soul. It got mixed reviews when it first came out, but over the years it’s developed a cult following.
