Saints Row got crazier and crazier with each successive entry, and with Saints Row 4, it pretty much dropped all pretenses of being grounded even in the slightest- and while there are some who feel it went a bit too far with that approach, there’s no denying that when it’s at its best, Saints Row 4 is unlike anything else. Its superhero premise is the perfect foil for a silly, bombastic adventure that constantly delivers high-octane insanity, like a weird but irresistible brainchild of Crackdown and inFamous.
