Kazuki Kasen – GTA: Liberty City Stories

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories doesn’t nearly get enough love. It features villains like Kazuki Kasen, who plays a minor role but still stands out thanks to the sword battle Toni engages him in. Kazuki is especially interesting because he neglects Toshiko, which leads to the former hiring Toni to ruin Kazuki’s casino. Sadly, once Kazuki dies, Toshiko commits suicide.
