Subnautica
Sometimes, people just want to explore the ocean floor as with the case of Subnautica, a first-person, survival, open-world, adventure game set on an alien planet that is made up of mostly water. While there is a story to follow, Subnautica’s main draw is its gameplay, where the player is tasked to survive against the wildlife found on the planet, all the while having to maintain their own basic needs such as hunger, thirst, and oxygen. The game’s day and night cycles also play a factor in how the game is played. Subnautica’s release date for PC and Mac has already passed, but there will be a PS4 and Xbox One port one day.
