Mighty No.9 was originally set to come out this year, but a heartbreaking delay means that the spiritual-successor to Mega Man has slipped into 2016. The gameplay is very reminiscent of that of the blue bomber, with an extra foil added for good measure. Beck, the games hero, can dash through enemies to absorb their energies and receive a small boost of speed. With this change-up to the well tread run and gun gameplay, Mighty No.9 is sure to be a fast paced ode to one of gaming’s best franchises.
