Toyman is not just one person but it is a persona of sorts that is used by several characters, primarily enemies of Superman in Metropolis. Toyman’s obsession with deadly toys being used as weaponry is quite scary as he is a sociopathic mechanical genius. He has been involved with the Injustice League, Legion of Doom, Secret Society of Super-Villains and Superman Revenge Squad. He was featured in Arkham City but just as a cameo appearance.
