Heavy Rain always felt more like a movie than a game, because first and foremost, the acting was top notch and the game really dragged you further and further into the plot. In the game we see how four protagonists try their best not to die as they uncover the real mystery of the Origami Killer. And the best part about the game is that our actions and choices do affect the game in some way or the other.
