The King of Fighters 98: Ultimate Match
King of Fighters is the unsung hero of the fighting game genre, and King of Fighters 98: Ultimate March is no different. It epitomizes everything that you love about SNK’s fighting game franchise, and really, it was one of those games that you instantly fell in love with. Future King of Fighter games may have improved on this one, but sheer nostalgia dictates that this get a spot on this list, regardless of all of its flaws.
