Surgeon Simulator 2013
The one thing that you will not do in Surgeon Simulator 2013 is save lives. I mean seriously, you will drop organs, smash rib cages, lose tools within your patient, and generally break all facets of your medical oath. The controls are really, really sensitive, because one small slip of the mouse and you will have ripped open a valve.
