The Final Fantasy series created a wave of fanboy and girls and as well as maintained a cult status in the gaming industry to this date. The game has a huge plot, which I will not go into and as such it would take players a long time to really get to the meat of the story.  Final Fantasy III is your traditional turn based RPG. You encounter enemies in menu driven battles where you can select to attack, use magic, items, run away, etc. As you progress through the game, characters will enter, leave your party.
