The  Siren series

I think  at one point this year I mentioned The  Siren series and how the whole game itself will scare the hell out of you. The story revolves around an interconnected cast of characters that possess a power which enables them to see and hear what a nearby character sees.  Of course the game is not without faults as many gamers complained at the high difficulty, and unforgiving nature of the game,  which really zaps the fun out of playing the game.
