The music of Shovel Knight, just brings back memories of your childhood and how simple a time it was.  The reminds you over and over again of just how awesome NES games were. Composers Jake “Virt” Kaufman and Manami Matsumae really knew what to do when it came to plucking players’ nostalgia chords, and evoking an era of gaming now long gone.
