Those of you that are fans of the Max Payne series would recognize James McCaffrey. The man has such a distinctive voice that, the moment he opens his mouth, you would know that he is Max Payne. Granted that he might not have voiced many video game roles, but he is one of  the most iconic voice actors of all time. The first Max Payne game came out, when voice acting wasn’t so needed or thought of much, but it was McCaffrey’s stellar character and voice that really hammered this cinematic game’s punch home, and reminded the industry that good voice actors are needed to make the game real.
