Quantum Break
When I first looked at the demo of this game, I was quite blown away by the sheer awesomeness this game has to offer. Now as great as the powers and gameplay look, there is one dynamic that the developers introduced that very few games have done before, and that is to have a live action TV show connected with it. Now there are many ways that this can go wrong, but if done right could possibly turn into a very engaging experience.
